Prevent Your Child from Teenage Obesity

Obesity is a big problem among the people. Now obesity increases in to childrens.It is very serious problem.obesity can stop you child mental and physical development. It also looses your child confidence. There is no magic bullet for kids whose control their weight.so there are some suggestion by which you can control your child weight.
  • Support your kids to make changes to their general lifestyle: - Several studies have found a strong link between obesity and time spent watching TV. We burn a little calories watching TV than we do sitting still. Watching excess T.V make your child lazy. For control your child for watching T.V you must control yourself. Entertained your children with others activities as like morning walk, gardening, cycling, and swimming and as like other activities.
  • your child more physically active:-Physically activeness is very important for childrens.For making them active Become active yourself! Share your activity with your kids. Help your kids to find activities that they enjoy by showing them different possibilities. A good trick to encourage them to take exercise is to ask them to help you to get fit. Ask them to go for a walk with you, or a swim, or a cycle.
  • Maintain their healthy food habits: - Today everybody busy so parents cannot provide them house cooking food.So, they eat outsider fastfood which is the root of obesity and diseases. Making their favorite things at home that would be tasty and nutrious for your kids.
  • Set a good example for your kids: - Most kids learn by example. They watch and they copy. So one of the most important things you can do to prevent obesity in your kids, is to set a good personal example.
  • Take regular exercise. Don't sit in front of a TV all day. Find out about nutrition.
  • healthy meals. Explain to your kids what makes foods healthy and unhealthy.

Develop Self Respect among Children

Not only adult but also children want self-respect. According to psychologist, self-respect is a power, by which children’s overall development occur. So, it is parent’s duty that they help in developing self respect among their children. From the following things parents can do some help their child to develop self respect

  • Never neglect children’s in presence of others.
  • Talking children about their mistake in lonely. By this child understand their mistake, and take care for future.
  • Don’t give child any permantly comment as like ‘you are fool’ ‘unsuccessful child’ etc, that type of comment make child mentally disturb.
  • Always use positive words.
  • Praise your child for good work.
  • Respect child feeling.
  • Give a chance to child to give advice in any problem, and listened him carefully. in this way his confidence also increase
  • Develop the felling of country love.
  • Present himself, as a role model in front of child because child follows elders.
  • Providing support in the building of the infrastructure
